18:03 I cannot express myself enough about how much this certain piece of advice is helping me right now. I have wanted to be an actress for a long time and every time I watch a movie or a show, I feel drained. I feel like I will NEVER achieve what the actors and actresses there have achieved. Another thing that doesn’t make the situation any better is that NO ONE believes I will achieve what I want. For whoever needed advice on reaching goals, you should definitely go outside more and have a day where you like not use any electronic for the whole day, to like restart your mind from like technology, basically have a reset day, and on that day, that evening/night make simple reachable goals for the next day and take it one day at a time, I hope this helps!
