Hi Laurel, It could be more than 16 hours. We usually incubate it from 4 p.m. till the next day by 8 a.m.

How do you collect the eppendorfs in the quickest amount of time?

When we do the purification manually, we will have time to collect the elution because there is no pressurization other than gravity and the flow rate is slow.
