The cone on the head of the statue is not to reference the fact the people were "coneheads". That's one of the many Scottish easter eggs the designers put in - it's referencing the Duke of Wellington statue in Glasgow that notoriously always has a cone on it's head to the point that it's considered tradition. The local council claimed it was costing £10,000 a year to constantly remove the traffic cones and put forward a bid to increase the height of the statue, which was shot down by the public lol.

The first time i saw this game i think was back in 2001 or 2002. I was 4 years old, my dad gave to my cousin some money for us go play in some arcade games store. I played Driver I ( PSone ), and he played a game of a guy with a very dope style, dressing a black bomber jacket with cargo pants and blue sneakers, running in a big and creepy city doing ruthless missions at night... as we know the infamous GTA III! But In that time, I did not even know that the name of this game was GTA III... and i remember stop playing Driver at the same time that i saw GTA III and i was like: '' OMG IS THIS REAL?!!'' the graphics were ultra realistic to me lol and i stopped playing Driver in that day because was boring as fuck compared to GTA 3. I love how the Borgnine taxi is most likely named after Ernest Borgnine or Mermaid Man as most people know him. Ernest played a taxi driver in Escape From New York. I'm actually just now realizing this because I didn't know the name of the voice actor until later in life after I watched Escape from New York. I also totally forgot about the vehicle in Grand theft Auto 3 because I never really messed with the taxi side missions and you have to drop off 100 effing passengers... Now I kinda want to replay and get that sweet ride, though.

I always say Claude witnessed his parents being murdered in front of him so doesn't talk anymore. They should have had one last GTA 3 era game wit Vice City, Liberty City and San Andreas in it. You play as one character who meets old ones, then at the end, you kill the main villain and all of the MC's congratulate you, like Toni,Tommy,CJ, then Claude comes up and just looks at you and says,"Good job." Your character and all the others looked shocked and Claude just walks away.
