It was creepier in GTA 3 because back then you couldn't look up the easter eggs of the game and everyone always wanted to get behind that wall where the sign is. So seeing that sign in GTA 3 pretty much talking directly to you gives off a disturbing vibe lol.

It's not an office building. It's supposed to be the new opera house, after the old one in Fort Staunton was destroyed by Toni in 1998.

I tried to compare an apartment in mission "Silence the Sneak", where you should throw a grenade in a window.

The open window is still there in LCS, but the interior is gone. The interior for Wong's laundromat is still there despite the window shutters covering it up. You look through certain walls in LCS by using the manual aim and holding it close to the wall.

The "impassable road" is that ruined road on the side of the ruins where Toni's Portland safehouse was.

Donald Love bought the mansion, but the in "Love on the Run" mission he left Liberty City because the Colombian Cartel wanted to kill him, so they took over the mansion and Catalina became the leader so it became "Catalina's Mansion"
