When talking on ur mic in online your characters mouth moves so you’re their voice, can’t explain the whistle thing tho apart from maybe it has to do with you pressing the button.

Whistling has nothing to do with the vocal chords, and also, the characters ins't mute, he just doens't talk much.

He isn’t mute, just quiet. Sometimes staying quiet can help you in a lot of situations. Thanks to that, online character has survived so much.

@@atruegenuis11 cabs were never useful unless you needed to go afk and travel somewhere, story mode you could use it as fast travel

The only purpose of these automated transport vehicles is if you intend to go AFK and do something time-consuming, such as using the toilet or eating dinner while still needing to go somewhere. This prevents you from getting kicked and while sure - it takes a while for the AI driver to get there - that also gives you plenty of time to do what you need to in real life before the AFK timer kicks in.

The only time I used taxi services is to get an NPC to say “We’re going to hell!”, and record the scene using action replay. Sometimes, taxi drivers will find a random vehicle parked nearby and jack it

The hostile npcs run away because if you fast travel in single player and an npc is trying to pull you outta the car it teleports the npc with the car. You can still get it to happen but it's very rare/difficult to get it to work.

Animals, yes and i miss ambient air traffic OL. But..imagine if the Atomic blimp was in OL..it'd get shot down constantly upon spawning, lol. Conversely, Story needs some newer OL veh added in!

Pathfinding for AI chauffeurs is fucked in Online and its been a few years like that at least, it used to work well like singleplayer but something happened to it. I distinctly remember that cab drivers and the Casino limo driver would drop me off in front of my Nightclub(downtown vinewood) and stilt house(2044 North Conkers Drive) and I only had to walk a short distance. Then it either got bugged with the Casino heist update or another update down the line, because now for my Nightclub the cab/limo/SUV drivers will go way past my Nightclub entrance and drop me off two blocks down the road, for my stilt house, the driver will drop me off near the liquor store and I have to walk the hill to my house. Nowadays, the only chauffeur in Online that will absolutely drop you off where you want to go is the Merryweather helicopter pilot.

I remember closer to the games release figuring out if you just banked your money while on the ride you could get a free ride so the taxidrivers probably weren’t very happy with me but I was pretty stingy and would do that every taxi trip because it’s quite easy to hide from two stars.

Nicely done, thnx. I've literally never grabbed cab, OL. Story mode, cabs are cool..esp with mods. ie, Menyoo horn boost works as a psngr, lol. i had a taxi mod once, where u could use any 4 or more psngr veh and there was more & longer routes & multiple simultaneous psngrs. ..if i had a body guard & went to pick up a 3rd psngr, the NPC customer would pull my bodyguard out..have them set to no weapon, so they'd fist fight, lol. ..i liked using a hopped up via trainer Dynasty with Taxi livery....tons of fun.
