@@tonywainaina6079Sadly, in Durban nothing new happened regarding to high-rises/the skyline since the end of apartheid. But new malls were built. One were you can actually go surfing on artificial made waves. It's a nice gimmick and I think it's unique in the world or at least in Africa. I've never seen something similar elsewhere. You can find clips of it here on KZbin. Same goes for real estate projects. Nowhere in the world you can find such nice, state-of-the-art housing, for similar prices like in SA. Including Durban. At the Indian ocean _(warmer water than elsewhere in SA)._ But because of the enormous inequality _(look up the Gini coefficient)_ you have a very very high crime rate. Which means that you have to invest in private security, to stay safe. Because you can't rely on the regular police. They can't handle it alone. But the private security sector is very large! You have a wide variety of different companies and levels of security you can choose. How is the crime situation in Kenya?

@infohousetechnologies3 жыл бұрын
@@truepatriot5425 Stop playing smart. I was waiting for this reply. 1. China, Uk, Russia, and the US have Young engineers run various projects because engineering in Africa and the world have different definitions ama? 2. Stop the cliche thing that being old means being experienced. Experience comes with the number of challenging projects and tasks you undertake in a given time. One can spend 8 to 10 years in a field and be experienced than one who was in the same field for 60 years. 3. Projects like these are run by multiple engineers so to assure people like you that the building is safe they can couple the young engineers and your "Experienced" engineers. 4. Learning today is more advanced than it was when these people went to school. With all the resources; new field-related technologies the young and the old can learn a lot from each other. Mostly the older ones are not welcoming of new ideas or able to use some of the new quick and advanced technology or equipment that is in use today. 5. In the US then a young man Elon can build rockets but here he will have to sit down and wait to be 50 so that a government organization like NASA can trust his expertise, use their products or feel safe when using them. ENgineering is like a math formula or a computer system that takes data and gives a predetermined solution. If you follow the given set of steps the answer will always be the same no matter who runs the process. Okay, This is not my field I am a robotic and Software engineer, maybe why I believe This Old means qualified is just social talk rather than factual.
