Re: “attacking the start of a hill”, Everyone says not to, but as far as i can see the science says this is the way to go. Look at how Space X lands their rockets: they don't spend all day fighting gravity, they come in at Mach 1 (literally) fire the rockets hard for as short a burst as possible, and get 'er done! I will “attack”, within reason, carrying speed from the previous downhill. It costs nearly nothing to MAINTAIN speed, and the faster you are finished the hill, the less time gravity has to work against you: at 9m per second PER SECOND, the less “seconds” you spend climbing a hill, the less “seconds” gravity has to act on you in a negative way. The more time you spend on the hill, the more energy gravity is sapping. By the same token, I'll rest on the downhill once I feel like I've hit the aerodynamic wall, because effort is exponentially less productive as aerodynamic friction increases. There's no point burning yourself out for marginal gains. I have no numbers to back it, but what I know of physics this is correct, regardless of what the masses say! If I'm actually wrong, why?

I can’t climb, very slow but I can do it. My problem is descending, I get very nervous and my hands get sore of all the tension. I tell myself I need to relax but it doesn’t always work. Maybe you should do a video on descending too.
