GTX 1650 | A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead - 4K, 1440p, 1080p, 900p, 720p - High, Medium, Low, FSR

The performance is really critical and inconsistent... The game is made with UE5. For example, in the prologue on the GTX 1650 the FPS is generally bad at 1080p LOW, with FSR quality giving around 20 FPS max on DX12. On DX11, I get 20 more FPS. Then, inside the house, I also get around 30 FPS with the same settings on DX12, and on DX11, it's double that. When I wake up in the house in the morning and go outside during the day, the FPS drops to 12, and I get up to 20 FPS max again. With DX11, I get around 30 to 40. In the hospital later, the FPS jumps to 100 with the same settings on DX11, DX12 here is not worth it at all. So, the best settings for this situation on GTX 1650 would be 1080p low with FSR quality and, ofc, using the DX11 argument in the launch options or on the game's shortcut. You'll get more stable performance and avoid fatal errors. I know it's a GTX 1650, but still, the game's performance is really strange on all GPUs.

Damn, 3 Unreal Engine 5 titles releasing in a short period of time and all three of them suffer from the same - OPTIMIZATION AND STUTTERS. I want to try the game tho, it looks decent, especially without spoilers - it will go nice...

@thatguy3000 Sparking Zero was not particularly demanding, and it is difficult to draw a meaningful comparison between it and the Silent Hill 2 Remake. Additionally, Until Dawn is developed using UE5 too.

It doesn't seem not smooth very well even at high fps 60fps or 30 ~ 40fps, it feel like lag under 30fps for all setting in this video
