I didn’t see him measuring the water. All the liquid he put in don’t add up to 900ml.

@@taichi7694I used the store bought roast pork sauce, added water and baking soda according to his ratio. My liquid looked a little bit, not excessively, more than what he has in the video. The result was pretty good. Next time I’ll try reducing the liquid to 850 or 800 ml.
