Bro! I corrected the same mistakes so many times on my students! (Using a hip trust to make it easier, or rounding the back and pulling the neck forward.) I sent your video to a bunch of them so they know I'm not the only one picking on these things.

Really appreciate all your videos Daniel, your calm and professional manner is in positive contrast to the many exuberant, but often vacuous, bro-science youtubers. Your presentations are always extremely valuable and concise. You do a great service for many people, and I hope you receive the positive feedback you deserve from the many lives you are helping to shape. Thanks again for all the fantastic content, I wish you well.

Excellent video as usual. In terms of hypertrophy, rows are a must for emphasizing the uppermost fibers of the lats, the middle traps, and the rear delts. For those that want to focus on rear delt hypertrophy, keep your arms out to the side, making a T with your body. Make sure to depress your scapula throughout the movement. Trust me, you will feel your rear delts working hard. You can even try it now without equipment if you want. To maximally engage your middle traps/rhomboids, make sure to retract your scapula at the top of the movement, whether you pause or not.

So you are dead?
@cmk57245 жыл бұрын
Jesus Christ died for your sins on a cross and rose again after three days. You have committed evil deeds, as we all have done. God is a just judge, and must punish you for these sins, because he is perfect by his nature. But God loves you, does not want to punish you. This is why God took the form of a man, Jesus Christ, and died as a sacrifice for your sins on a cross. He was punished for your sins, so that you could be made righteous in God's sight. After three days, Jesus rose again, because it is impossible for him to have been held down by death. This is great news! Repent, (that is, change your mind,) and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and be saved from the judgement of God. God will reward you for your faith with eternal life, and forgiveness for your deeds. I sin, and you sin, and we both will continue to sin, but Jesus Christ died for these sins, and God is willing to forgive them. Please, repent, and believe the Gospel.

Whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced, always pair pushing and pulling movements and match the angles as well. For example for horizontal movements, push-ups and inverted rows are absolutely bulletproof in this regard. Push-ups work the chest, triceps, and front delts whereas inverted rows work the back, biceps, and rear delts.

Following on your tucked row pull, I was wondering if you could do a front lever pull, and if you can, can you make a video with progressions for it.
