Wow, it didn’t dawn on me until listening to this that all wants stem from pain that has happened to us, none of it is actually real unless we continue to assign emotion to it. When were babies we had no pain, we don’t feel insecure/unworthy/doubtful... these are the underlying emotions that create wants/desires. I don’t know if this makes any sense but it was a lightbulb moment for me. We are all perfect and if we can just let the negative experiences roll off of us, remove the emotion than inturn we remove the need to want. Thank you for this meditation ♥️🙏🏻

This one is interesting because it's the first one I felt "instant results". Having learned that subconscious emotional states are a reflection of what's going on in our bodies, this is exactly what I need to help "unlearn" emotional states
@ArturBalthazar8 жыл бұрын
I'd say that our bodies and the whole idea of form is a reflection of our own subconscious, that's why hypnosis work, it talks to our subconscious, which act out on the level of form :) not sure if this is what you meant and I understood wrong though

Try this. Every time something happens in your life like let's say flat tyre for example. Tell your self that the universe/god/source (whatever you believe in) is doing it IN YOUR FAVOUR. Regardless of how you feel if you tell yourself that over and over things will start going your way it's crazy.

One more thing, only you can heal yourself. Show yourself love and compassion regardless of the thoughts. This is my favorite meditation, I don’t have to focus on breathing properly, and If my heart beats too fast, I can use it to my advantage. It also activates my pineal gland (I know when I see flashing lights with my eyes closed) and makes me feel less restless and it’s easier to sleep. I actually look forward to it.

Thanks Michael, this was my second meditation with you and I feel I'm getting better with my concentration. It's been a while I can't detach from a girl I've been with in the past, after the meditation I saw more clearly what she meant and that she actually represents what I've been seeking all my life: acceptance. I believe what I need to detach from is not her, but the desire of being accepted, right? Your guided meditation is helping me a lot :)

I have to thank you Michael for so many years of support. You are truly talented and I cannot be more grateful that you share your talents with me/us. I think I've only listened to this guided meditation once before, even though I've been listening to Michael's sessions for years. I think I was afraid that it would make me too stoic, but instead it helps direct me toward my subconscious needs, and why I have those needs. It is almost like recalibrating after grasping onto too many wants and desires, and bringing into focus that which I find most important. I will say that it's a very successful session when I'm grateful for what it's done, and feel it inside me, yet find it difficult to explain. I love you all, thank you for reading. I wish everyone is at peace and fulfilling their dreams 🙏🏻

Amazing meditation thankyou so much. What incredible insights and epiphanies I just had - realising that each and every one of my wants and desires, from mundane to the more weighty ones, all originate from to a desire to simply experience self 🙏💚 - I have been working for 3 years to embody a more 'complete' version of myself through much shadow work, emotional release and learning how to balance giving and receiving. I feel like I have reached such a state of self love and completeness that I now would like to be on the receiving end of my own energy

Thank you, Michael, for this exercise in refocusing on what's truly satisfying, versus what fuels more craving and suffering. I've wished for a meditation series that creates a shift from "success/achievement" when it has a grasping urgent tone, toward a set of more intrinsic, durable qualities that add deeper meaning and connect us to others. Maybe including a session working with aversion in its different forms. Also, acceptance of aging, loss, impermanence, in this youth- and beauty-obsessed culture.

Always Michael. I listen to you every night and every morning. It's been over a year now and my life has changed completely. I strongly recommend you to my viewers who are healing from narcissistic abuse and other abuse. Currently, I am writing my first book. I would love to recommend your healing work to my readers. Do you have business email for me to discuss this with you? Btw I wanted to say that in your one video. I think it is letting go of subconscious negativity, You say, "think of my voice as the voice of an old friend." When I was just out of 8 years of abuse and I had escaped. I had no friends. Your voice was my only friend and that suggestion was truly life changing/saving. I hope you use it in other Meditations/Hypnosis. Many people need to know that they have a friend. It accelerates the healing process and warms the soul. Knowing you are not alone and that someone "cares" about you is key. It is perhaps your most inspired line out of so many. Your work is direct from source energy. I know this. It is amazing when you connect with someone who has found and is living their life's purpose. Then to see how that effects your life and helps you to discover and live yours as I am doing now. Have an amazing day old friend... #Peace #Gratitude
