This 10 minute guided meditation practice for relaxation is best done while lying down. You will be guided to experience a practice you can do on your own any time you need to unwind and relax.

I can’t remember the last time I felt like this. I’ve been dealing with bad anxiety recently, and after doing this practice, It honestly felt like I was coming out of a dream. Thank you for this, really.

Yeah, av did these techniques for years but let me tell ye. This was quite a bonus last night🌙 In particular were the explanation of chest and breathing taking different and unpararelled movement (given the point that the average person would probably think it was better and "normal" for movement of this type should be... i.e, .up 1 down 1 and Soforth. 🌾🌻 Thanks man..looking forward to s'more o the same.🤜🏼🤛🏽💯🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

ive never been so relaxed. ive been very physically and mentally tired recently. this made me feel like i got 30 hours of sleep without even sleeping a second. thank you.

My mind buzzed realaxingly as I focused on my breathes. I did 12 per minute as I welcomed the relaxing state of mind.

I find it hard to relax all my muscles in the beginning but towards the end I'm magically fully relaxed. Physically and mentally. Appriciate your work so much! Thank you ❤️

I had exactly the same reaction! Powerful moment, especially after I recently became more aware of when I'm talking myself down. Like literally telling myself I suck, etc. The moment when I thanked myself, I found myself crying.
