I can’t remember the last time I felt like this. I’ve been dealing with bad anxiety recently, and after doing this practice, It honestly felt like I was coming out of a dream. Thank you for this, really.

Yeah, av did these techniques for years but let me tell ye. This was quite a bonus last night🌙 In particular were the explanation of chest and breathing taking different and unpararelled movement (given the point that the average person would probably think it was better and "normal" for movement of this type should be... i.e, .up 1 down 1 and Soforth. 🌾🌻 Thanks man..looking forward to s'more o the same.🤜🏼🤛🏽💯🏴🇬🇧🏴

I find it hard to relax all my muscles in the beginning but towards the end I'm magically fully relaxed. Physically and mentally. Appriciate your work so much! Thank you ❤️

I had exactly the same reaction! Powerful moment, especially after I recently became more aware of when I'm talking myself down. Like literally telling myself I suck, etc. The moment when I thanked myself, I found myself crying.
