What does Kia Ora means

Kia Ora has a few meanings, to say hello, to express gratitude, to give life and health. It’s a beautiful Maori word and more importantly it’s the love I often hear behind the word when used ❤️

@@galaxydreaming oh cool of u to ask. Sorry if my comment was rude lol. I like the effect u put on ur voice. I’d stick to just positive words. No need to remind us of negative feelings. And to be petty, u say “for anxiety, relaxation, and sleep”. I know wut u mean but one literal interpretation is that ur vid is to “give u anxiety, relaxation, and sleep” lol. I actually did get a wave of anxiety when u said anxiety. But it was because I was thinking about it lol. But yeah I’d say as a general rule for healing etc, to keep scary words out because u can literally speak things into existence. By saying it, u acknowledge it’s existence and give it energy.
