Hi Joanne, I love your progressive muscle relaxation videos but my favourite one Progressive Muscle Relaxation for the Management of Anxiety and Stress has disappeared from my playlist! At first I thought I had accidentally deleted it so I checked the website that lists all progressive muscle relaxation videos so I could save it again but it wasn't on the list nor could I find it on your website! I want to relax after a workout, not have another workout! Do you have any videos where you do the relaxation part without all the squeezing, clenching, and tightening... it just makes me feel more tense. I really enjoy your voice but I'd just like to hear a nice guided, step by step, isolated sectors toe to head, deep tingly muscle relaxation... and maybe some nice visualization to finish.

Most of my videos on my channel do not include the PMR squeezing and relaxing. The ones that do have it will have it listed in the title such as this one. Many of the videos are produced for relaxation and sleep. Are you requesting a guided relaxation for anytime use? Thanks for your comment ☺

@@relaxforawhile I was hoping you might direct me to one that fits the criteria, if it applies to something you've done. I know I can do it myself but somehow it's so much more effective being guided. I used to listen to one for sleep that had you get cozy then started at the toes and ever so slowly progressed through the whole body, and it was perfect... but lost it years ago when my computer crashed. :( Thanks!

This was a while ago, but you could try body scans! Basically you just go through every part of the body, focusing on how they feel but without tightening anything
