It’s not easy reparenting yourself. Especially in the middle of parenting. In this video Miss Synchronicity takes you on a guided reparenting journey to meet your inner child, and lovingly reparent them so that you can meet your own needs with empathy, connection and understanding. We all have universal needs for validation, connection, creativity, fun, acceptance, honesty, etc. It’s up to us to get clear about our feelings and find ways to get those needs met within our lives, or to simply release these trapped and built up emotions inside of us.
