The only optimize way for levelling right now is grind mobs outside quests areas. Too many people fighting for tags right now!

if you get ahead of the curve or just cope hard and settle for aoe levelling(but slow because contested). I don't think anyone made it to 40+ yet but zul farrak is probably going to be a thing.

You are so insanely high if you think this is even remotely possible with servers with their current status. I dont think blizzarding down 1-2 untagged mobs is very efficient.

I have developed another way. You have to pull less mobs but it kills them way faster, im talking about fire aoe. Blast wave, CoC, nova, and explosion work good. Its riskier, but its almost as fast!
