Jay's really good. Max is on a level beyond words. Almost certainly the best "meat & potatoes" drummer in rock. Open heart surgery, colon cancer, 66 years old...he shows up in a suit and doesn't break a sweat. Max is mighty indeed.

What an amazing moment to be on stage with your father, playing together, on the same instrument. Max is so smooth and classy. And the kid is wild, but still good in his own right. I'm sure they both loved every minute of it, and were both super proud. Shitheads, please stop hating. Here u can see Jay Weinberg, 18 years old and already a badass... I think he is the perfect drummer for slipknot...now, 12 years later, as a slipknot member and two times ('19 &' 20) metal drummer of the year, nobody can hate him anymore... Joey Jordison (R.I.P.) was a legend on the drums with his own style, but Jay is a complete different person at the drums... A damn beast...

Let's welcome Jay and the new bassist (I still don't who the hell he is, if someone does please let me know) into Slipknot and hope they can bring a new sound and vibe to Slipknot. U r definitly right ! and the new bassist is Allesandro Venturella,the former guitarist of "krokodil"(I can't find this band on youtube !) :) But personnaly, I wanted to have a real bassist for slipknot u know, not a guitarist .. Anyway maybe is good, we will see, I hope that there will be some bass solos in the new album ! ^^

Great camera angles letting you get a good look at Max, a real treat as his technique is so tight and formal (I don't know how he does it without sweating profusely in those suits)! His son Jay is almost completely opposite, his technique looks a bit like Animal from the Muppets. Good dueling drums from a very talented family, I wish Jay all the success in his musical Journey!
