Great lesson! That Buckley version always gives me goosebumps!

Thanks for sharing, I would point out another important individual is John Cale, who did a piano arrangement sometime after the 1984 recording, but before Jeff Buckley’s. It was likely Cale’s arrangement that was the reference point for Buckley.

Thank you so much Nate...I was working on the Leonard Cohen version but since it has an F barre chord in it I couldn't play it. I'm still working on barre chords. This one though I can because most of the chords in this version I'm used to from playing Wonderwall. After I get the D# diminished I can play this beautiful song that I love. Thanks for the tutorial. As for suggestions how about Cat Stevens - Father and Son and Elvis Presley - Can't help Falling In Love...learning the guitar is changing my life man. I'm glad I'm learning from you...Thanks✌🏽

If I may ask, what was your amplifier set to? I always struggle with the knobs on my guitar and amp
@hansfaye37303 жыл бұрын
Play around with the 'delay' or 'reverb' functions on the amp, with minimal distortion... depends on the type of amp though. Buckley played it on a telecaster using the neck pickup I think (toggle nob pushed towards the neck). Hope that helps!
