Well good, cause in the long run tame impala is going have more and better albums then GUM. Although GUM is got good sound too I personally think that cant compare to the fluidness of Tame Impala.

Cassidy Murphy I did think like you when I first listened to GUM. But dude, relisten it. It gets more and more beautiful with time, just like Tame Impala. I think the major differences about them is that Tame Impala sounds like early Beatles (+ much more bands) and GUM sound like Revolver, Rubber Soul (+ more bands). This sound is juicy bro, relisten to it. Actually, from time to time, your ears are going to miss it and you'll hear it automatically. But seriously, after some sessions, every single track of Delorian Highway shall sound gorgeous.
