The Crossbone Gundam X-1 Full Cloth is made completely based of the same gundam from the Crossbone Manga which is set in the UC timeline between the movie F91 and the show Victory Gundam. Since it was designed for a manga the writer gave it all those different weapons and justified it via a more powerful but smaller generator that requires the gundam to expand the face vents to cool down and it wasn't really designed for model kits or to be animated but it became so popular that Bandai had to start making model kits.

@@WadeWadeReacts Because the Gundam Crossbones are really cool looking. Also, Space Pirates is something that just attracts people and no other Gundam Series really explore that concept. The Crossbones are known for the entire "Pirate" aesthethic and the amount of crazy looking and varied weapons they have, and their "Full Cloth" version is just the Crossbone Gundams with every single piece of weaponry strapped on them, usually they armed themselves depending on the situation but the Full Cloths just have everything on them. When it comes to the actual Story of Crossbone, it only exists in Manga and I think some Novels. They have never animated the actual Crossbone story, the only animated series with a Crossbone Suit on them is This one right here, then its only on Videogames as cameo characters.

at 5:09 one of you asked what are the rules of this game. This is a tournament where the settings of the battle field make it so that any damage taken is reflected back onto the Gunpla (the Gundam models). There are a couple of key rules: 1. three vs three pilot fight. 2. any mobile armor or mobile suit beyond a certain size must be piloted by all three pilots. 3. victory is achieved by either defeating all units of the other team. or having more functional gunpla then your opponents' side by the end of the time limit.

6:41 its the actual figures they put down at the start, they're piloting them within an encased artificially simulated battlefield and despite being so big it does have a range and they can fall out of bounds too in the gundam build universe the higher quality the build the better the performance and everything you can pack in equates to all the features and specifications in an actual battle so she really did carefully put those repair units within her gundam ultimately though build fighter's gundams tends to lay within the realms of sci-fantasy and arent really something you would see in a more grounded sci-fiction setting of a mainline gundam series like the end of the first season of gundam build fighters saw a gundam with an ice and fire sword operating within a space battlefield and as cool as that sounds it just straight up wouldnt fly in another gundam series as they'll need to explain away how flames can exist within the vacuum of space or how an ice sword wouldnt just melt or shatter when clashing against a traditional beam saber for example, power source can differ between series too like a plot point in gundam 00 is that of the gn drives offering unlimited clean energy while something like seed and seed destiny is using nuclear reactors for some of theirs and the original gundam series from 1979 uses something called plavsky particles so technology compatibility is throw out the window here overall its all for the sake of fanservice like no other series would you see an SD gundam fighting alongside regular sized gundam or how the protagonist of gundam build divers customized his gundam 00 model into gundam 00 diver ace and then mixed it with parts of the destiny gundam to create gundam 00 sky

To add on about the G-Portent and the repair karols, the actual HG model does not contain them. It would take some serious building chops to do such a thing. The RG Crossbone X1 (which came out way after this series) does have a Core Fighter you can separate out from the model, and dock with it, however on the HG versions, the Core Fighter cannot be combined -- it's a single piece without a folding nosecone, designed to be displayed separately. Both the G-Portent and Transient Gundam (from the Kijima siblings) are custom builds based on the Exia Gundam, with Shia's based on the Sakibure from the end of _Gundam 00_ in particular. No idea what Gundam the End is based off of. In a special, Shia also made a custom based on the 00-Qan[t] that borrows some of her brother's GN-Partisans (the spears). As far as customization goes, it's whatever you want to do with the models. You can even manage to give them accessories and weapons not originally meant for them with some alterations. Both Bandai and Kotobukiya make weapon sets, but Kotobukiya's handles tend to be a bit bigger, so they're scaled somewhere closer to the MG scale than HG, Entry Grades, and RG. Some things are obviously meant to be mixed and matched, like the Core Gundam and the PLANETS system from _Build ReDivers_ . It's also a way for Bandai to make more kits, since they decided to separate out the armour and weapons even from each other most of the time, nevermind from different coloured versions of Core Gundam. Kinda scummy unless you know what you want, actually. If you want to look into models of your own, you can really start on any grade you want. EGs are great for beginners, but so's anything from the HG Revive line, and there are also MGs that have simple enough construction people can do them as first kits. Can't normally go wrong with a version of the Grandaddy Gundam itself. _Witch From Mercury_ also has a really solid line of HGs. But most importantly, just get something that looks good and fun to you. Not worth much if it's not something you want to look at and pose. The MGs of the Dynames, Kyrios, and Virtue are really solid, great builds. But finding them may be a bit on the hard side. Bandai's not great with their supply. I shop online most of the time (HLJ and AmiAmi), but there's also a couple hobby shops near me. The prices are generally marked up, but if they have something I've been looking for, I'm liable to go for it.

Gunpla is the name of the model kits, and there are three main grades. High grade (Hg), Real grade (Rg), and Master grade (Mg). All these grades have similarities. Once built, all grades will be pose-able, color-accurate, and built without glue. Hg is the easiest with the least amount of plastic parts to build and is 144 times smaller than the "real" thing. (Mobile suits average around 50-60 feet tall). Real grade is the same scale as hg but includes many more pieces and tiny pieces, allowing for more detail and poses. Mg is the largest being only 100 times smaller than the mobile suit. Mg’s are a good combination of complexity and simplicity. Now, Hg’s are very easy to customize as most kits use similar-sized things like ball joints for the arms, whereas Rg’s are harder to mix and match. Mg’s can be part-swapped easily, but depending on the Gundam universe the frames for the kits can vary making it harder to swap parts or limbs. In addition, unless you have tools, it is hard to combine parts from the different grades. Lastly, all Gunpla model kits require at least one tool, “nippers.” These are similar to pliers. They have sharp blades that you use to snip/cut the parts off of the runners/sprews. Sprews/runners are just the things that the parts come molded into which is why you need “nippers” to cut them off the sprew, each part is labeled with a number, and sprews are labeled with letters. The movie ended with the Gundam F91 pilot killing the main villain of the movie, Iron Mask, the leader of Crossbone Vanguard, but the Crossbone Vanguard had still conquered several Federation space colonies and established their new aristocratic nation Cosmo Babylonia, while the main characters and others escaped from their colony that was conquered. Crossbone Gundam manga tells what happened during few years after the movie ending and then shifts the main story to 10 years later.

Gunpla is a combination between Gundam and plastic model. Gundam build series is basically a world that doesn’t have war, and all the “mobile suit gundam” series in the Gundam build world is a anime and they create Gundam plastic model which you can build it. There are many type currently IRL: High Grade (HG) Real Grade (RG, more details) Super Deformed grade (SD, usually have small body but big head) Master Grade (MG, as it said, it have a lot of details and quite big and tall) Master Grade Extreme (MGEX, this is the higher rank than Master Grade and until now only a few Gundam reach this level) Perfect Grade (PG, although it say perfect but as expected, nothing is perfect in this world) There are still more type but I won’t say all One thing about myself, I currently have an HGCE (High Grade Cosmic Era, this is the kit that focus on the Cosmic Era world which only Gundam seed series is in this world) Rising Freedom, Infinite Justice Type 2 and Mighty Strike Freedom. 1 RG Exia Gundam (Exia isn’t from Cosmic Era btw) and 1 HG 00 seven sword G

Gunpla (short for gundam plastic model) is the largest and most profitable model kit line on the planet and there are a lot of builders that love to customise their kits. The build fighter line of gundam shows was actually created to encourage that side of the hobby. A lot of the models for build fighters were designed to be comparable with each other so swapping parts between them is easy. the crossbone gundam that guy in the clip was using was actually just a stock crossbone. he didnt change its design,. just built it really well. the only customisation he did was adding the core fighter separation feature. Build fighter rules only allow you to use HG (high grade) models and the core fighter feature is not included in the HG. only the MG (Master Grade) has a separable core fighter.

Bhild fighter universe. Just think of current age settings and society with a magic battle system. Expensive game. Damage done in game is done in real life. Crazy repair costs irl. The crossbone gundam is basically the rg model with customized full cloth weaponry. In that universe. The transient, g potent, and the end are heavily customized 00 suits. And yes all those joint gimmicks are made possible through modifications. The repair system from the gpotent especially. Breaker 4 got a western release and is decent but not as good as 3 in my opinion. just dont buy new gundam breaker. that game sucks

Yep she actually made little drones and little doors for her gunpla so she can repair in combat. Yes it's silly but i can see folk doing that. Honestly most Gundam games are ok. Kind of frustrates me to no end they don't have mqny stellar ones. More so because everything you suggested and more is in a series called Armored Core and that series is made by From Software and they are owned by Bandia. So why in the world did they only make 1 Gundam game that wasn't even released in the US. It has the action, custimazation, hell you even get a true color color picker to paint your ac any way you want and full emblem customization. Sigh oh well.

Go find an explanation video on Crossbone Full Cloth and you will find out he only customized the core fighter. That gundam comes with every weapon stock. It's my favorite UC Era mobile suit without a psycho-frame.
