Again, it's really all about the luck. I've had my fair share of gacha hell experience, there was one time where it took me almost 2 years to get that certain character(Vox from GS), hell I didn't even get him in the reruns of the banner, I got him from a random 5 star event that happens once in month or two in GS. Stopped playing the game tho once I got him, felt like it was sucking the life out of me everytime I open it lmao.
