I love making my own coleslaw with red and white cabbage and leeks all shredded, also with my home made mayonnaise made with pure olive oil I’d eat it every second day with roasted sweet potato chips seasoned with paprika chilli powder turmeric powder and cracked black pepper and pink salt then pop into the oven with a bit of grass fed butter .. tasty 😋
Home made sauerkraut is so easy and good everyone should make it. Simply add a sprinkle of salt to cut up cabbage and let it ferment in a jar on the counter for a few days. Add Siracha sauce and red pepper and you have kimchi. Its nothing like that stuff you buy.

Adding Lemon juice to the OKRA while frying (with onion...etc) inhibits it from getting Slimy Sticky .

Hicama is good. In indonesia it is called as bengkoang and we often make it as salad with peanut sauce then it become "rujak bengkoang" which so delicious!

The only thing I can easily get is okra. Being in a tropical country, okra is very abundant and I can get it fresh (we also have em at our backyard)! I love it and eat it regularly sometimes with low-carb kimchi and sauerkraut!

Yes..take cooked warm white rice and add warm milk to it..let it ferment for atleast 12hrs..then eat it with onions..good combination of probiotic and prebiotic food..this is an ancient Indian recipe..

Avocados are super easy to cut up. Just cut in half, slice in the skin and use a soup spoon to scoop out. It won’t take more than a minute.

Artichokes are very easy tu prepare. In latinamerica we boild it and eat it with a sauce with lemon, oil and mustard. We eat them leave by leave extracting the last part of the leave.

All vegetables and fruit that have lots of fiber are prebiotic, aren’t they? BTW okra is great! The slim is good for your stomach. I have grown it and eaten it raw by itself, raw in a salad and stir fried in eggs. It’s delicious!
