I love making my own coleslaw with red and white cabbage and leeks all shredded, also with my home made mayonnaise made with pure olive oil I’d eat it every second day with roasted sweet potato chips seasoned with paprika chilli powder turmeric powder and cracked black pepper and pink salt then pop into the oven with a bit of grass fed butter .. tasty 😋

Home made sauerkraut is so easy and good everyone should make it. Simply add a sprinkle of salt to cut up cabbage and let it ferment in a jar on the counter for a few days. Add Siracha sauce and red pepper and you have kimchi. Its nothing like that stuff you buy.

We Mexicans are very used to jicama. We eat it with lime/lemon juice and salt - and I'm sure some add some picante sauce.

Hicama is good. In indonesia it is called as bengkoang and we often make it as salad with peanut sauce then it become "rujak bengkoang" which so delicious!

The only thing I can easily get is okra. Being in a tropical country, okra is very abundant and I can get it fresh (we also have em at our backyard)! I love it and eat it regularly sometimes with low-carb kimchi and sauerkraut!

The Butyrate I take in the form of GHB Gamma Hydroxy BUTYRATE 😊 & eat a lot of Tomatoes, maybe that's why I don't have problems with Lectins. Raw, ripe Tomatoes is my favorite. GHB - The nectar of the Gods !! Some good wine & European beer also good but don't mix with GHB very bad on Liver, one good thing at the time .
