Thanks for uploading the much awaited video..please can you plan for a video that focuses on the consequences of unbalanced nutrition in weight loss journey and how can we avoid it. I have recently experienced hair loss and eyesight power getting increased in my weight loss journey... Inspite of taking all veggies, fruits, home made portion control food.... Suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Awaited video...and so beautifully explained..as if some personal training going on...in fact better than that.. Ma'am i am on my weight loss journey since December. I have lost 10 kgs by eating healthy and exercising. But my lower belly fat is not reducing it is reduced from 40 inch to 38 inch now. Now i am exercising twice a day and keeping fast as well but still i am unable to lose my belly fat. Kindly help me out. My age is 21 years and now my weight is 65 kgs.
