Ma'am i am on my weight loss journey since December. I have lost 10 kgs by eating healthy and exercising. But my lower belly fat is not reducing it is reduced from 40 inch to 38 inch now. Now i am exercising twice a day and keeping fast as well but still i am unable to lose my belly fat. Kindly help me out. My age is 21 years and now my weight is 65 kgs.
