2 things I noticed: 1. Alot of hardcore/day one Gunna fans don't like the album as much (although I personally enjoyed it alot), but 2. The people that are listening to Gunna for the first time are replaying the album like crazy. Almost as if 300 Ent knew what they were doing by packaging an album that's more digestable to new fans. New fans =👱 fans = More money for 300 Ent. I can support this by referring to what Thug's dad said about YSL's percentage of consumers last year.

Let’s keep it 💯 this albums is far from his best work. I think it’s okay. But the production isn’t the same as it’s been pre RICO indictments. I think he needs Wheezy desperately because most of his hits came from two producers, Wheezy and Turbo. Turbo still produces but he got so many new producers on this album and the beats from them simply don’t hit the same as it’s been since DS4EVA and before. Gunna doing well because people simply like him and his music isn’t trash. Most of his fans are women and a lot of non black listeners support him. They don’t care about snitching allegations. So by default he just needs to make sure he doesn’t drop trash and he will be okay. But this ain’t that WUNNA Gunna oh nah that WUNNA Gunna is what his best shit sounds like. He just needs better production IMO.

But he did give a statement where he admitted YSL is a gang. But according to Gunna's lawyer that statement can't actually be used against Thug (I have no idea if that's true or not). One thing is for sure though: if you're gonna call Gunna a snitch you have to call ALL of the guys who took those deals snitches. That includes Unfoonk who is Thug's biological brother

Time and time again, niggas who don't read don't believe that takin a plea and snitching are NOT the same thing. There's a video of Gunna saying "Yes ma'am" to predisposed questions that a judge was asking regarding the YSL trial. But what isn't explained is that he was just pleading guilty - not snitching. This ended his case early. Young Thug's brother took the same plea deal. There was a 3 hr podcast with Young Thug's dad... Thug's dad broke down exactly what happened in the courtroom, and explained(in great detail) how and why he also felt Gunna got railroaded. I attended his show in Atlanta this week and that man has no reason to worry about who isn’t rocking with him because he has support. That street stuff has been dead for years.
