Listening to this dude is so soothing. He could be teaching in a university, or preaching in a church it will feel the same to me. Soothing, calming.

Massad is the master of practical shooting techniques. A lot of articles over the years. I now know exactly why to stick my thumb forward when racking the slide.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I am following Massad for as far as I can remember (30 yrs.?) and I keep learning from him a lot. Massad is one of a very few gun people out there that I learn, take advice from and respected as a true authority in the self defense field.

When teaching the kids gun safety numerous decades ago the earliest test was rack the slide on a 1911 A1. Number one child figured out that cocking the hammer first made it possible to work the slide.

That’s just great. After years of racking the slide using the GI technique, now I have to retrain my brain to instinctively rack using the Israeli technique. Well worth reprogramming. Thanks!

Massad is not a young spec-ops operator who had 5 tours, but his advise and knowledge are sound! Would love to have him over here in South Africa.

9:00 WARNING ⚠️ I am surprised that Mas pulled out a clip with live rounds and placed it on a table next to his gun. When dry-firing or giving hands-on-weapon instruction in any setting off-range, ALL live ammunition should be removed from the training room BEFOREHAND. The risk for a mistake in this instance was greater than 0%.

The M&P Compact springs are pretty strong, but the real struggle are the new magazines. Good Lord. Full size M&P mags are fine, but trying to get that 15th round in a compact is a pain.

10:17 , when dear dog will this ever end? The unnecessary word (like)!! I'm so like over hearing it, isn't it like time it like died, you-know, like just stop. Merry Christmas, Steve S. fm Michigan.

I met a 86 year old in year 2011 coming to gym every day, staying 1 hour in excellent health. Drove a truck! I do not go to that gym and therefore have not seen him. I have also met 70 year old men on using walking sticks, walking bend at waist. This is life!
