The beretta m9a1 is one of my carry guns, gas been for longer than LTT has been a thing. God Bless him. Since the trigger bag in a job and a few other replacement parts because of its age, it's a dream to shoot now. It's always been reliable, but now it's legitimately my range toy, it's that much fun. It's just something about that pop and gentle push, and being back on the target that's just mechanically satisfying to me. I'm weird, and old 😂. Great video as always 👌

Thank you. I had a similar Army experience with the M16A1. We weren’t taught how to properly care and feed it. I know better now.

Nice looking weapon. Glad it was built to perform for the money.

Langdon Tactical does some amazing work on the HK P30. Their shop is just down the street from where I live. It’s an amazing shop. I’ve had the pleasure of shooting 3 different firearms from them. A P30, a PX4 and like yours, a 92. The 92 was by far the nicest to shoot. One day I’ll own one. Thanks for the video sir!!

Their "trigger job in a bag" gets you 80% or so if added to a stock gun; I have added one to a 92x frame and can compare that to my LTT Elite G (same model you have). So if you already have a stock gun and like to work on them you can go that route. But if buying new I would advise to just go with the LTT Elite from Langdon. He smooths up the internals on the frame and you get the cool logo. The 92 kit is not quite as easy to install as the PX4 kit.

Outstanding. Hopefully I will own one some day.

Similar experience here. Hated the M9 in the Army. Bought an M9A4 as a civilian and thought it was ok. Bought the LTT Elite, and fell in love with the platform.

I always recommend anybody that’s going to buy a 92, to get his trigger, his hammer and his trigger bar, I just got the new flat trigger and upgraded hammer from his stock one and just sent them to my buddy for his 92 incredibly smooth

Just the parts won't get you the same as if they fit them but still a good upgrade.

I once owned a Beretta 92F and liked the gun but did not love it. I eventually traded it on a deal to get something else. Another case of "I wish I had known then what I know now" for me. The LTT products have such a great reputation that I might have to forego another DS1911 to get either the 92 or the PX-4 that have been touched by the Master Gunsmith, Ernest Langdon.

That's one beautiful classy pistol. You can hear the smooth trigger on that classic pistol. Great advice if you're looking for an original Langdon Tactical. If you ever get a chance to shoot a Beretta GTS full size, maybe you could share your opinion on that particular model. It's a classy Beretta, that has a very nice trigger. Thanks again for your service. Glad you were able to return uninjured 🙏 Outstanding video of yours 😎🙏. Thanks again.

Did you ever hit the nail on the head describing military pistol training, back in my time we had 1911's they were so shot out the pistols were Frankensteined , they rattled when you shook em, hitting the target was next to impossible the guns were strictly for familiarization

I hope it's changed since I did it, but it was basically landing a certain number of hits on a simple target from various positions.

Great gun. I need fatter grips on my LTT but apart from that... My match gun is an M9a3 with langdon rdo slide PMM comped barrel and all the langdon internals. My LTT Elite RDO is my backup to the m9a3 just because im spoiled with the comp.....

I have an A3 as well with LT internals. Don't know whether to go with the RDO cut or get a new slide. I think having a new slide is more expensive but the a3 could be returned to original spec for collectiblilty's sake.

It's worth it. The RDO slide future proofs your optic slide with the variety of plates. I've gotten an assortment of the langdon plates along with fresh complete mounting screw kits when langdon runs holiday sales. The backup irons are really nice on the RMR plate and slide combo, Landon gives you correct screw lengths for holosun or rmr with vibratite included in the screw kits too. My m9a3 slide is safe in its factory case too... I doubt you would be disappointed. 👍

I actually came in with the .45, that side stance and you crank off a round, then when I played with the 92, I actually was better with it. I think that it’s hard to compare a rack weapon to your home gun. It’s all up to the unit armorer and parts. I now have option to get what I want and I think LTT makes great guns. So views change. Hooah

What round count do you have on it? At some point, I'd add some parts to have some handy when finally the np3 coating of some bits is worn. They have a suggested service intervall in a LTT video. I would get one but importing is crazy expensive.

Maybe around 2000 rounds. I spend so much time reviewing new guns that I rarely get to shoot revreationally
