harshit gupta yes, the guptas were indian as well, and they basically took over colonialism of south africa after the easily sunburned people were removed from power. when i still lived there 20 years ago, south africa had the largest population of indians outside of india. i don't know if that has changed since then. but still, some of my favorite memories of south africa was going to the indian markets, where every stall had incense burning, and there was so much delicious vegetarian curry, and all the fabrics and clothes they sold looked so elegant and beautiful. i was always mesmerized when my family would take me there. it was like an entirely different world, but so amazing. but the guptas who have the south african government as their lackeys do not have the country's best interests at heart

lolll i love this!!! the guptas definitely suck, but i used to love going to the indian markets as a kid. good delicious vegetarian food and curry everywhere, tons of pretty beautiful fabrics and clothes, the smell of incense burning from every single stall at the market... it was one of my favorite things ever growing up in south africa, going to the indian markets. but definitely you're right, the guptas just took over the colonial government, and colonized it themselves.
