I’m a white fella and I was listening to some play lists coming home from work..... I’ve never been moved so much..... and when I herd it I had no idea what the lyrics meant. I just know it flowed through me like wind through the trees.the power that flowed through this man was incredible.i listened again and again in tears.

I saw gurrumul at woodford folk festival long before anyone had heard of him. I was walking through the festival and heard the most beautiful voice I had ever seen. I went into the tent and there were aboriginal dancers doing a corroborree. His voice was so beautiful I had tears running down my face and I wasn't the only one.

It's the colour of our heart, not the colour of our skin that matters. I know aboriginals that are more aussie than some Aussies & I know Aussies who are more aboriginal than some aboriginals. I'm both & I found in my experience skin colour doesn't count for much. I've been accepted & rejected by aboriginals, & I've been accepted & rejected by Aussies. I know aussie farmers & Aussies in general who care more about the land & native wildlife than the local aboriginals. I have a personal rule I follow which is walk away & try to avoid anyone who can only see the colour of mine or anyone else's skin.

When I hear this I know that Gods Spirit is Alive and lives within so many of us. And I know we are all Born in the Likeness of Gods own image and for that what I am certain of is Gods work is at hand. He is healing many spirits and blessings all thru the earth for the work we do for God is worth it and Great is he who is and will be blessed .❤

I only heard this tune this week, and I’m 70 years old. I’m glad Canada has CBC radio as they play world music almost daily.
