It changes my life completely now when i convince people like me to do Sudarshan kriya they take time to do it but when they do it and say thanks to me for introducing it into their life i tell them to thank gurufev who keep on blessing who is channeling the energy.. My world changed very much for good , after doing the Sudarshan Kriya. I never thought in this lifetime ever I would find my guru. I was sinking in Depression, with was going around in my life. On the urge of killing myself . That is when I thought to give Sudarshan Kriya a try , since nothing and no one could help me. And from that day and until today there’s no looking back. Within an year I did almost my courses and now Volunteering for Aol. I would encourage all the youth , to definitely do the Happiness Course and experience the positive change in your life . It works as a saviour in your tough times. Even if all is good in your life, you never know when you would require this life-jacket of Sudarshan Kriya. Thank you Gurudev for coming into my life.
