Cardio is an exercise for heart, lungs and 🧠. (Very important) so stop listening to anyone and start doing. Cardio state: when heart beats 50% more from normal (110-190 ) Cardio exercise : cycling, rope skipping, running, jogging, swimming, dancing etc etc. 💯 Be motivated 🙏🔥

Oh I use to think lot of cardio , I will loose lot of muscles . I do 15 to 20 min fast cardio before my workout n follow up by 15 min slow cardio. Now I will try to put more cardio in my training. Thank u sir for the knowledge. Always greatful....one of ur biggest fan
