Thank you, Lisa! I think this is the best, most concise & reasonable conversations on nutrition that I have heard. I've listened to many of them & some get too deep into the weeds & scare you off & you think I can't all this so what's the point? Love this! She's explains things simply & you asked great questions. ❤️❤️❤️👍👌🙏 Thank you!

I would love to hear her opinion on hand sanitizers that are being used excessively the past few years and how hand sanitizer kills not just bad bacteria, but all bacteria!

You should reach out to Dan Kellams from Peak vitality in Denver. He’s really good with Gut health, hormones, PCOS, thyroid and infertility. I have been seeing him for 6 months and gut health was the first thing we tackled. This is very informative but he can dive deeper and would probably love to be in your podcast. He has webinars you can watch also. He’s practices integrative Chinese medicine.

I was making yogurt while listening to this! haha :) I love this podcast! More like this one please! How about introducing people to raw milk? Some of my family is apprehensive about trying it. I'd like to know more about raw milk. I know the benefits of these things-- I'd like to know a process or routine to follow. How do you do it ( the process) when you decide you want to? I like to hearing the ideas of new things to try too. Thank you so much!!

Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee.

On the subject of not suing as many supplements, I had heard that America's soil has been over processed and not replenished with nutrients thus the crops that are harvested are stripped of their usual vitamins and minerals. I hear alot of about responsibly sourced meat, humanly sourced meat BUT don't farmers still kill the cows the way they use to? IT seems so cruel to me. Those animals experience a lot of fear and anxiety. Why it is not enough to get iron for veggies, Omega 3 from flax?

Such a good question, I don't eat meat but I feel like I should add it back. I have read there are different types of iron heme and non heme and the one through meat is more bioavailable. So we might not absorb as much through plant sources. Idk that is what I have gleaned. It's hard because I do think animals have feelings and love their young and experience fear
