Right, Dr B. The best way to know whether one has a healthy gut is when there's no bloating, no pain, no feeling of nausea, when I eat a certain kind of food. I dont have to know whether I have the right microbes, bacteria and all. Fiber hurts my gut.

Your gut has to gradually get used to fiber.

@anneflynn9614 I'm 77 YO. Suffered from IBS almost 40 yrs of my life, hospitalized 4x, no doctor ever really helped, discovered low carb, got rid of fibrous veggies. Introduce fiber again? No, no, no!

So, I had to stop. Can't listen to intentional misleading info. Vit C came up and no info passed on that existing long term carnivores do not suffer scurvy. No studies that I know of, but the vit C needs of carnivores are apparently different, or C is provided through diet some how. Could have at least mentioned this fact.
