Rhadhi I watched this video a month ago, added spices to my tea and food, stopped the snacks and left enough time between my meals (the last one definitely earlier than I used to) and I don't feel sluggish in the mornings but mostly my tummy aches and bloating has definitely improved and was just that little tweak. I’ve been incorporating some of these into my life over the past couple months and I’ve noticed a difference. The hardest one for me is probably cook with love because I get so anxious and overwhelmed about what I’m going to cook. My mother-in-law is a very negative person and everyone she cooks for has stomach issues! Even her animals, they all get the same issues! My husband used to have IBS when he lived at home, but stopped as soon as we moved in together. Still to this day he gets headaches or tummy ache when he eats the food she cooks! If you enjoyed this video, you may be interested to know that some mistakes people may make in trying to fix gut health include: adding a probiotic to help with excessive gas and bloating (that's just one piece of the puzzle), eliminating a food for 4 days and expecting it solve the issue (will take at least 2 weeks), and not thinking about root causes!

I'm so glad you have made this channel gorgeous girl, I can remember when growing up, and watching my mum cook, looking back at the way she cooked I know that my mum ( and her mum) really didn't know what was good for us, our parents didn't have the knowledge that we have today, to eat a certain way and certain food makes a huge difference. My lunch should be super light, animal product free and super low in fat. Something like salad or veggie soup. Otherwise, 2-3 pm crush is guaranteed. Eating a light lunch helps me to stay awake and energized throughout the remaining working hours.

Great info. As per Ayurveda, the most important aspect when it comes to food is timing - when you eat. Breakfast between 8-8:45am is considered optimal. Lunch at noon, and Dinner/Supper at 6pm.

Thank you for these rules of food engagement. Personally, I love cooking and make a conscious effort of preparing all my meals with a clear intention from the heart as a culinary cuisine experience. This growth mindset is actually seeing food as a source for energy, healing, and vitality. In essence, it creates a divine power to connect with our Creator and Ancestors that came before us to lean on for better understanding to our purpose.

Just wondering about the analogy of a rice cooker. Works well if you are adding raw rice midway. What when you add veggies after sometime. It actually blends in pretty well.
