awesome episode ,but to call that tzatziki sause is almost an insult to what real tzatziki is .

Perhaps the Greek version of tzatziki, but then tzatziki originated in what is now Turkey. Most countries in that region have a variation of this sauce.

​@@Karma-qt4ji You are right it did came from the Ottoman Empire.However is was Persians who used the raita sauce(origin of tzatziki) to balance out the fire from the spices of the Indian culture.That being said when Hellenic Republic adopted the famous dish it became tzatziki . My problem is not with the sause,it seems amazing but with the name .If you want to name it tzatziki ,then you have to follow said recipe .This is not tzatziki or even raita sause ,it's a new thing.
