Guyanese Catfish Curry with Ochro , Green Mango and hot wiri wiri pepper 🤤🤤

Ingredients
1 Small catfish
1 1/2 Tbs curry powder
1 Tbs Garam Masala
1 Tbs green seasoning 👉 • Guyanese Green seasoni...
1/4 Onion
1 Small shallot
1 Tbs cilantro
2 Scallion
Few pieces of young green mango
3 Okra
1 Medium tomato
2 Wiri Wiri pepper
Salt to taste
3 Tbs oil
2 Curry leaves
3/4 Cup water to bunjal the Masala plus 2 Cups more to boil the fish or for the gravy
