Maybe the name I remember is Break mouth cause it’s hard .... I don’t know if there is another name. It was sold in the cake shops in Berbice when I was growing up in berbice.... I left at 12 years but I remember that Break Mouth cake....it was sooo delicious like the Italian biscotti. Twice baked cake. Thanks Ash!
