1 LBS Bacalao Alaskan Pollock Fish
2 TBSP Oil
1 TBSP Green Seasoning
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Accent
1 TSP Paprika
2 Roots Scallions
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium Sized Tomato
1 Small Onion
1 Red Sweet Pepper
