What do you mean by the "actual" LCD? Are there LCD's that aren't actual?

What do you mean that in order to put the camera on it you have to spin the "actual" camera? Why do you call it the "actual" camera instead of just the camera? Do some people have cameras that aren't actual in some way? Non-actual cameras?

When you go out to dinner do tell the waiter you'd like an actual plate of actual pasta, an actual salad, and an actual glass of actual wine? If putting "actual" in front of everything is absolutely fine, then why not?
