It’s so true how we all share the beauty in it! One of the earliest memories I can ever remember was being around 4 and the sweet escape album was my moms favourite and I always would beg her to play it. Early winter reminds me of my childhood so much. The nostalgia of the chorus and the long why towards the end makes me feel so happy and brings back so many memories. This is one of her most beautiful songs ever, actually one of the best but it's sad at the same time because poetically it is about her being betrayed by her man and she seems very hurt by it but I don't know the details other than the title "Early Winter" which is something that I would understand as a poetic way of saying the beginning of the end of a relationship or something like that.
