Thanks. I keep thinking about taking a dremel to my spare engine for the 63mm and stroker crank. We all thoroughly enjoyed the last video. I'll be waiting for the same version with the B case 232cc.
@jmrbuilds2 жыл бұрын
I agree with you ,I think the 232cc is better option , honestly I was so close in building one but I had already bought the engine case and the 63mm big bore kit , I tried to return it but since I got the parts from ebay , they didn't accepted returns so that's why I end up building the 205cc ,

This is worth it! I built my 171cc gy6 a few months ago, had the engine case welded for oil cooler fittings, high flow pump, big valve head, cvt kit, and gears. This video is pushing me to go 205cc now. Could you please post links for the big bore, crank?

Hi Steve, omg I really didn't have any idea that I could get everything as a kit until now , I was looking right now on Amazon and you are right, everything is almost half of price for what a paid buying everything separate, I can't believe it, what a mistake! But thank you so much for the information, I have another scooter so if I ever decide to do a carb upgrade I'm just going to buy the entire kit! Thanks a lot for watching!

Thanks for watching the video,you are right Rovira motorcycle is a store in Puerto Rico, I love that store , they have a lot of rare parts for scooters that are hard to find in the United States especially for GY6 engines also their prices are way cheaper than here in the USA and the quality of their products is top notch , I have a few friends from Puerto Rico and they are really nice people, I have been wanting to go and visit that beautiful country I love their music , their food , their culture, but I haven't had the opportunity to go yet I'm planning to go this year around Christmas, hopefully I'll be able to go this year , so excited!

@@jmrbuilds thank you, I'm actually busy with my own project right now. When I was young (16 ) I built myself a 70cc mhr monster 2 stroke with a Aprilla Sr . In Holland the law limits the scooters to a max top speed of 45 kph and 50cc. If you wanted more. .. wel wait till 18 and get a motorcycle license. Needless to say there was never a dull moment rolling out with a 36mm carb on a 70cc making 21hp @13 000rpm we used to race for cash late at night run the thing with almost no oil (did mix fuel ) so it was just a little faster .. two passes win or lose police were there in 15 min trying to catch us every time... don't see it anymore. Anyway by chance I got a yamaha maxter 150cc was expecting a regular 50cc never heard of the model but when I saw it and had a wonderful Quick ride. .. I was very impressed, thing comes with brembos and for a scooter it corners nothing like one feels like you riding something more serious. .. so yeah 37 now and by chance this fun thing came my way .. then I figured but what if we give this thing some spice... it's in a thousand pieces but there be some malosi and polini, got the 36mm kainin 160 cc high compression and tricked valves but man the ignition is giving me tons of issues.
@jmrbuilds Жыл бұрын
@hydromaestro1298 sounds like you had a lot of fun when you were 16 70cc and 21 hp at 13,000 that is crazy fast, I have been dying to get my hands on a 2 stroke scooter but it seems that there is not to many where I live I wonder what is giving you the issue with the ignition on your scooter 🤔 It would be nice to see your project sounds very interesting!
