No worries! Well it's been a debate since decades what's the time to consume protein pre- and postworkout. The optimal conlusion has been set to be 2h before & after workout. You might put your opinion on that or explain to us what the real truth is. What interests me a lot is is it optimal to starve the whole day and consume all the calories at one meal let's say before going to bed? (Actually i'm even more interested in that than the 1st topic)

Avatar is your perfect candidate/type of person that you want to train. Your ideal client that you want to render your services to
