As someone who had just signed up for gym membership,I like this vlog. My goal is gains. Will definitely try these workouts,though will start with lighter weight. I loved the 10 minute cycling warmup you did. Would you advice a beginner to take pre-workout supplement? Because I hardly get to 40 seconds .❤

Yes let’s fetched that body Oe… 🥳 I wouldn’t advise that you take supplements for now , try figure out your body, mindset & approach to training first. Get into the habit of working out daily, load your body with high protein foods. If you feel like you putting in the work and have increased weight but result are just too slow then you can opt for supplements
