I've been following your videos for about 2 years now and I can't even tell you how much improvements I've made. My tennis elbow is gone, my shoulder popping due to weak rotator cuff is now gone, my knees feel better although I still need to work on strengthening it more. My core strength have increased and I now can feel my obliges, something I've never experienced my entire life (I'm almost 46). Doing all this while running my CPA practice. One of these days I'll commit and pay for your program and join the community for now I like the pace I'm at. Keep up the good work and may 2025 bring you prosperity and success.

Single ingredient foods is so much easier than meticulously tracking all your macros and wondering what’s healthy or not. Dont be fooled by all the “protein” labels on food too cuz thats just a business model most companies are using now. Protein shakes can easily be made at home too with protein sources like milk, eggs, and yogurt. I use Cocoa powder, vanilla extract or honey as sweeteners and then add fruits for more flavor. Protein powder is convenient but just be aware, even those have seed oils in them too. Single ingredient foods are your safest option for eating as healthy as you can in this time where there’s so much additives in everything

Adam, you have helped me in so many ways brother. your reminder to scale things down to progress has really helped me in my process. i walked away from doing pull ups and dips and been focusing on push ups and inverted rows and feel so good knowing i will progress well when i go into the vertical side of things. thank you for all you do and happy new year. love from Kenya

could you do a video if the effects of coffee on metabolism and the performance enhancement it gives would still be effective albeit the caffeine tolerance of alertness is developed?

@@Tanner-cz4bd what do you understand by hypertrophy? because resistance training is all about how you apply it to your goals.

Simple answer is go 100% carnivore for 6 months minimum! Don’t count calories as you will not over eat on this diet! Move more, focus on adding more steps each day/week! Add in some type of resistance training! Keep it stupid simple!

I’ve heard that from many people, but they also say do it gradually. Most people are metabolically messed

I can attest to the carnivore diet. Especially for those who deal with GI issues like colitis. However, the term carnivore is misconstrued. You can easily add carbs such as rice and potatoes to help increase energy for high intensity workouts. One of the world’s best ultramarathon runners uses this diet. He for sure does not cut out carbs in race days. Secondly utilize fruits and veggies in the carnivore diet as well. Mostly fruits. But majority of your nutrition is coming from protein. Carnivore is not and end all be all meat diet. Tailor to how you feel.

I wouldnt go 100% tbh. Things like oats and whole grain wheat are good for you not to mention fruits and veggies like spinach, garlic and oranges that help your immune system
