I completed my collection two weeks ago. I don't have all of the color variations so maybe not "complete" in that sense. I adore them. I have them all on a wall in one of the rooms of my house and I've been giving extras to my villagers as gifts and actually enjoy seeing them in their houses.

For anyone who doesn't know this, there is actually one special Gyroid that's kind of rare, but not really though it takes a bit of long time to unlock. If you visit the Roost and order coffee from Brewster for 51 consecutive days, then he will reward the Brewsteroid, a special Gyroid that looks like him.

Something I'd like to say is that you can get up to 4 fully grown gyroids when it rains or snows on your island A day after, even if it isn't raining ot snowing, you'll still have around 3 gyroids on your island burried. This is all from personal experience, maybe it was a glitch, i dunno but i thoughg i would put this out there 👍 My island isn't extremely terraformed, so it was easy for me to search around. I thought maybe this is why the video only says 2 :>

Just a note: Meteonook doesn't have the new weather seeds so if you can't find your weather seed, that means you have a newer weather seed and need to just find the weather pattern for your day, a tool for this is Nookplaza which will help you determine which pattern your current day is provided you can give the weather at a few hour marks. One should narrow it down and two should help you determine the exact seed however 3 may be necessary from my experience

One thing I am curious about with the gyroid fragments showing up on your beach. Can the same thing occur on NMT islands? On those islands you have a chance of finding another recipe bottle even though you only get one on your main island a day, so can island hopping also be used to find more gyroid fragments? Or do the fragments only wash up on the beach on your island and not mystery islands?
