The virtual angel lore is that, you can't look at an angel for too long. They're associated with heaven and the sun, and therefore you feel incredibly uncomfortable watching them, and you have to manually process everything that's going on, because you're watching something supernatural. It's a good idea but maybe MODHAUS could've done an A Ver. and a B Ver. because it would be nice if we could still stream the MV 😭 Edit: THEY UPLOADED A WATCHABLE VERSION OF THE MUSIC VIDEO!!!

Virtual Angel definitely has a darker undertone in the sense that it does touch on the worshipping of idols and the connections that fans feel they have. It's both comforting but also harmful at times I will say that after listening to the album, these songs are great but the best B-sides were all the unreleased tracks. They are seriously amazing songs.

Yeah they say it at the very start: I’ll be there for you WHEN your wings break. Being deluded and disappointed by your own expectations towards your idol is a certainty cause using parasocial bonds over irl relationships so you don’t get hurt will only leave you stunted. The lyrics are pretty clever.

the lore for virtual angel is about the blending of the virtual and reality and how they co-exist at the same time. which is why digipedi decided to cut so quickly between the different scenes. as a result, its also presenting parasocial relationships between fans and idols and how fans often rely on idols for guidance, which is shown through the whole artms cult in the mv and the girl at the end filming artms dancing.

flower rhythm is mix of kehwa and Algorithm. The instrumental is purely kehwa but some lyrics are sample from algorithm☺️

So about what the girls’ night mv is about: fans have theorized that the mv is about yeojin getting abducted by aliens, the other members looking for and finding her, and eventually destroying all of the aliens together, however vivi kind of understands/foresees that this is something that will happen again (either a member missing again or only yeojin) bc as her close up goes on at the end a picture of the ouroboros flashes for a second. Ouroboros is a creature that is represented by a snake eating its own tail forming a circle. It represents the cyclical nature of something like day and night in nature. Knowing this one can theorize that either loosemble or loona will never be together bc it’s in their nature to not being able to (lore-wise only….hopefully 😭😭)
