I carefully looked at the ingredients of the granola bar (on the Nature Valley official website), and there is absolutely no harmful ingredient mentioned in your video, and the text of the so-called harmful ingredient shown in your video (the part you pointed out with a pen) is the manufacturer's address information. I hope you can clarify it!

Does anyone know why puffed cereal is bad for the body? Isn’t the process of making puffed cereal very basic, which involves high temperature and non-frying? Feeling very simple?

What about organic air popped popcorn? That is supposed to be the healthiest.
I like mixing soy milk with coffee because, unlike regular milk, it doesn't interfere with the antioxidants in black coffee. The isoflavones in soy milk and polyphenols in coffee are less likely to interact with each other. I don't think one needs to drink as much soy milk every day as the man mentioned in the video; clearly, the issue isn't with soy milk itself.

When it comes to cereal bars,I didn't find the harmful ingredients you mentioned on the screen.
Holy grail! Thank God I’d already quit almost all of these, except I only take soy milk once in a while because I quite like the taste of it
