You do not bend the teeth for the bump stops. Use some lube. You put it back together with a stuck caliper and a torn CV boot?

That’s all the same stuff I just did to mine now I also did the bushings for the rack next I’m going to be working on making a winch bumper since I’m really not impressed with what’s on the market

One and a half 35" tires/rim weigh as much as 4 33" tires? I have 35" with slight torsion turn and I have no rubbing. And yours rub with torsion lift and 2" body lift?
