@@curtiscary7576 I get the feeling you’re all right - I know she likes to play things up and do shtick and I agree it’s partially that. but I also get the feeling like since she said she’s been diagnosed with BPD that she can’t see the difference between plantoic and romantic relationships yet. My closest friend growing up has BPD and part of it is that everything is so black and white to her like she does not understand shades of grey at all. She gets angry when people try to explain because most things are just one or the other extreme for her. She has verbatim said she thinks everyone wants to have sex with her and that females are all jealous of her because they want to be her. She went to therapy and is learning that’s not, like that it’s part of BPD and part of the reason she has problems in all of her friendships/relationships. One time we were having a generally calm disagreement and then when she realized I wouldn’t just do what she said, she got beet red and started getting mad and straight up said “whatever you just wish you were me, and I bet you want to f*ck my husband” Like wait we just weren’t agreeing on something totally unrelated and now you think I wish I was you?!?! I think Trisha is confused by her own feelings for Ethan. I don't think she's genuinely interested in him in a romantic or sexual way, but because of how kind he is to her and the real (platonic) affection he shows her, which she is so unused to in regards to the men in her life (past or present), she feels connected/drawn to him. He makes her feel loved and respected and we all want to be around people that make us feel loved. So she feels this strong pull towards him for healthy, positive (platonic) reasons, but she's so used to men only wanting to be in her life to use her (sexually and usually toxically/abusively) that when she has such genuine feelings of friendship for him she thinks it MUST be resulting from a sexual/physical attraction, which she then projects onto Ethan. Ultimately, she can't reconcile experiencing genuine feelings of closeness and connection with someone with NOT being used/desired for some ulterior motive. (Sorry for the essay).

True, I honestly don’t like Ethans podcast, He’s not too nice and even ignorant at times but then gets defensive when Jew stuff is brought up, so I don’t like that inconsistency or hypocrisy I guess. && Hila is a bore, beautiful and sweet, but plain boring! Nice little incites here and there but I’ll like try to watch it sometimes and I don’t get what she brings to the show, that’s just me though, an unpopular opinion I’m sure. Trisha is trash too, like a car wreck you can’t look away from. I like their dynamic bc he somehow is able to patronize her for our entertainment, yet also holds her accountable for her messiness, which honestly has not been done in video before and his reactions to her outrageousness are great. So honestly they’re better together in my opinion, it’s like they have both met their match. I love how he’s juicing it and her though, he’s smart and knows exactly what he’s doing.

@@Lava_Girl- That’s actually a pretty common ”delusion” people have. Not healthy though but like one reason why many can’t have friendships with the opposite sex because they keep thinking the other is into them. I used to have a friend who was like this ”I can’t have female friends because they always fall for me”. I’m bi so I can’t have that attitude, otherwise I would always be alone.
