This episode needs to be archived in the museum of natural history for its remarkable commentary on race, religion, fascism, world war, literature, history, geography, fat-phobia and obviously-physics. Not a single piece of human creation has been this intersectional. Thank-you Trisha! Truly a gift that keeps giving.

(excuse the caps, not meant to be shouting) TRISH HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO COMMENT ON YOUR SHIT ABOUT STOP TRYING SO DAMN HARD AND BE YOURSELF! YOU ARE MORE GENUINE WHEN YOU ARENT PRETENDING TO KNOW EVERYTHING AND BE ABOVE EVERYONE ELSE. for the loveof GOD take the hint that you're entertaining in your accidental stupidity. You sound more genuine when you roll with your mistake and not try to immediately cover it because of insecurities. shes saying that cause she was made to feel dumb with the jeopardy. Look at her reaction @43:47 even though she was hystierically making fun of Ethan for not retaining concepts of literature when.. why would he? lol. then she deflects and brings something "random" up and talks extremely fast to get away from her mistake. It drives me nutty but its a coping mechanism so I understand it. Poor Trisha acts so confident but the way she speaks makes it obvious its all a show and shes trying too hard. still love her, though. In honesty its basic shit that some people retain, some forget, who cares lol. But the moon question.... oh my god i *HAD* to stop when she started talking about gravity and hoe we dont need it and how it was created by

Trisha makes fun of herself a lot as a defense mechanism, but when someone she considers a friend does that you can tell it really hurts. From the outside, self deprecating humor may seem like a green light to say the same things to the person that they call themselves, but it’s their biggest insecurities. I think he is slowly starting to understand that about her. He’s becoming more sensitive to her feelings and I really hope they continue their friendship. Everyone deserves a friend that treats them like an equal and I don’t think Trisha has many people in her life like that. I know she’s problematic AF, but I really think she just needs help.

I will say Trisha is absolutely 100% correct about the lie detector guy that’s in everyone’s videos. Lie detectors are very touchy And hard to give. You cannot just skip around to random questions, it all has to be pertaining to one subject.
@bas_ee
@bas_ee Жыл бұрын
Lie detectors are actually just stress detectors. They do not measure your brain waves, if you lie. They measure tension and twitches in your muscles and blood flow and preasure and sweat on your fingers etc. So yeah you must indeed go slowly through questions like you said, following a story and hoping you notice him stressing because he is caught up in a lie running around the truth

@@ellovero4665 say bye to any type of benefits you get out of satellites like gps, everyone's time being accurate/in sync with one another, etc. Modern engineering also uses the fundamentals of gravity like it's acceleration to calculate things in motion when moving vertically. So our modern lives and what we have been accustomed to does in fact need the knowing of gravity because our engineers use it.
