The first half of the movie being slow was completely necessary to me. They needed to show how the characters were living five years later and what the world is like with half of all life gone. You can't just brush over half of all life being wiped out. That has to be developed.
@curtisjang975 жыл бұрын
Yes but theres better ways to do it. Like they said they made scenes jokes when they can tell the characters situation better and have it all flow. It's pretty much the new marvel ways of doing things so what can you do in the end.

Endgame is a film for fans. If you haven’t seen all of the other movies, you won’t enjoy it nearly as much as devoted fans. It’s that simple. Infinity war has far more action, so it’s better for general audiences. Endgame has far more small details and emotional callbacks to the other films that only true marvel fans will even notice.

Joe James not exactly...there are already an infinite number of timelines, most of them are almost entirely identical. Technically, endgame happened for cap 70-80 years ago and he didn’t change anything (no matter how tempting) and the mcu we’ve been witnessing this entire time was in fact the “alternate timeline” that cap created by going back. Admittedly, the draw back to this movie (from what I’ve seen in people “not getting it”) is that you kinda have to understand the broader concepts and theories of quantum physics and string theory in addition to the info they provide in the films on this particular concept of time travel (vs the concept of a linear timeline and the butterfly effect).

There really wasn’t (much) though. I’ve seen every film, collected every movie ticket. I was SO stoked about Endgame. But this felt sloppy and anticlimactic. Cap was the same person through the entire series. So was Black Widow. The only more drastic changes in character would have been Bruce and Tony.
@rahulmenon95304 жыл бұрын
@@danielamoreno6363 Cap's character has changed and become a bit more normal and not rigidly patriotic all the time if you haven't noticed. @@lurkingsoldi2107 I was talking about Superman being an allegory for Jesus. See the films that Zach Synder (spelling) directed, the symbolism could not be less obvious. But I really don't care about Captain Marvel, I skipped her movie. And Ant-Man (1 and 2) and all of the DC movies except parts of Superman, Aquaman and Justice League. All of which were laughably bad, imo. Marvel might not be perfect but it's still vastly superior than DC, movies-wise anyway.

Man these guys do not know what they're talking about. The whole point in the time travel theory of the movie is that anything they do wouldn't change the present or the actions done already. It wouldn't change the future. And the timeline would remain the same as long as the infinity stones (which are parts of the universe, and time is apart of the universe) are returned, the time travel theory, if these guys paid attention, is completely different to what we know as time travel. The rules are different so none of what they're saying adds up at all when it come to time travel. It wouldn't create another universe, it was discussed that it wouldn't aslong as the stones were returned. And also they're talking about marketing, are they not aware that the pixel 3 was the only phone in the movie? Also they're following the comic stories loosely. In the comics captain America hands down his title to falcon and becomes captain America.

I don't know why you say it's a shitty opinion. The people who say that this movie is something totally amazing are mostly sheep. To be honest I don't think many people who have watched this movie have their own opinions. I think it's good that people don't overestimate the quality of a movie by reviews and comments. Endgame was completely driven by hype not quality, this is an opinion shared by quite a lot of people who dedicate their free time to the marvel universe, like me. This movie was good but nothing amazing, the way that they used the 1st half of the movie to build plot could have been made so much better, and the ending was good and probably expected but it could've been made less of an all at once scene, it could've been made better with some more plot building. so I'll meme u real quick, for being so ignorant. Guys chill out, it's his opinion. A baseless and shitty opinion but an opinion nonetheless. (and my opinion is that Endgame is a 7 and Infinity War was a 9.)
